Development timeline:

April 12th, we have finalised the mold, aging test of the few engineering samples has been completed. We will proceed to trial mass production again and figure out the production efficiency(this data will be used to determine how many workers are needed to produce this model, and what quantity can be completed per each business day). We will finalise the pricing for this item after our first trial production.

December 17th, 2nd modification of mold done.

October 25th, furthur testing done. We started our first batch mass production.

October 5th, we finished the modification of this project and we started the testing the samples with our product testers.

September, 1st, client reached out to us again asking us to step in the project and make some efforts modifying the mold and the program, structure to minimize the noise, and make it more durable.

June, 2023, one of our clients reached out to us for an ODM project, but we were not able to take their project because of prices and costs. And they took their project to another supplier.
